Ruthie & Rex Married! 6.20.09 {oklahoma city wedding photographers}
We first met Rex & Ruthie last year when we shot the wedding of Danielle & Jimmy on 8/08/08, and it was so wonderful to be back with our old friends from the Murray clan (really just a wonderful family, and a blessing to see how their parent’s love their children). The day was full of loving support from friends & family, and we were so happy to see such a great deal of support coming from prayer (as we observed throughout the day). It’s no wonder everything surrounding this wedding & their relationship contained so much substance. Rex & Ruthie are some of the most laid back clients we’ve ever had, and much of this is due to the incredible assistance provided by:
Wedding Coordinator: Aubrie Ross Weddings, who made this wedding one of the smoothest & stress free weddings we’ve ever been apart of.
Church: First United Methodist Church (Pam, the church wedding coordinator was one of the dearest people we have ever met in her field.

As a married couple, we Traina’s adore the relationships and marriages of our clients. And as artistically driven photographers there’s nothing we want more than clients who are willing to give us 5 minutes here and there to unleash our creative monster. For this affair Brandi & Ty enjoyed their “dream wedding”, while the Traina’s enjoyed photographing some of our most adventurous clients ever! The creative sessions were so amazing for this wedding I actually lost sleep in my excitement to edit them… a problem we happily accept.

Laken & Cody Married! 5.9.09 {norman wedding photographers}
From the first time Christian met Laken and Cody, he knew their relationship was special. Getting to know the both of them, and their friends and family has been very meaningful for us.
Laken’s AMAZING flowers were created by the very talented Tony Foss. Beautiful cake made by Deborah of Fancy cakes etc. The wedding and reception was held at Thunderbird Chapel in Norman.
We thought we would do something a little different on the blog. Instead of us telling the story, we thought we would ask our bride and groom to tell us about their day in their own eyes.
Their Story
“First of all we would like to thank everyone for taking the time to view the moments captured on mine and Cody’s day. For those of you who were able to attend our wedding, we hope you enjoy reminiscing as much as we have; for those who were unable to attend, we hope the captured moments translate into the beautiful memories you were unable to experience at the time!
We would like to thank our parents; the greatest gift you have given to both of us is making us who we are so we could become what we are…for each other. If not for you we would merely be working towards all that was so graciously handed to us rather than looking back at all the remarkable memories with such love and appreciation!
Though words cannot describe the joy and love shared with our friends and family on May 9, 2009, the images speak for themselves very clearly. We were blessed to not only share our most exciting & intimate moments with Christian and Brandi Traina, but to build an amazing friendship in the process…having a total blast doing so!!!
